Marbles

July 8th, 2009 by Mom

Nicholas and I visited Marbles Kids Museum with Ms. Irene, Connor, Bailey, Ms. Amanda and Hannah.  All the kids loved the museum and we had a blast.  Nicholas ran around like a wild man and refused to sit still to enjoy any one exhibit/play area for more than 2 minutes.  Thus the not so great pictures and exhausted mommy.  There were so many areas and exhibits to play with that he just didn’t know where to start.  You could just tell that his head was spinning!

The first thing he saw was the bus.  Buses are his new obsession.  When we are driving, everything he sees is a ‘bus’.  He could have spent the entire morning just going in and out of that bus.  We managed to get him away from the bus and into all the other fun things.   He conked out within 10 minutes of getting into the car and is still snoozing away!  I am off to make pudding and jello in preparation for his surgery tomorrow!  Stay tuned, I’ll update tomorrow as soon as I can.   But for now enjoy the pictures!

Maddy also had an obsession with buses at one time. She still loves them but now she has broadened her obsession to include all things that go… buses, tractors, planes, trash trucks, cars, motorcycles, etc.
I’ll be thinking about you and Nicholas tomorrow and praying for a quick recovery for the little man. Be strong for him, momma!
